• Green (steady) when the 1000-Mbps link is up.
• Orange (steady) when the 100-Mbps link is up.
• O when the link is down.
• O and ACT LED is Yellow (blinking) when the 10-Mbps link is up.
The acvity LED is:
• Yellow (blinking) when trac is passing through the port.
• O when link is down.
• Yellow (steady) when trac is not passing through the port.
Both acvity and link LEDs are o when the link is down.
• USB—Provides a removable media interface through which you can install Junos OS Evolved
manually. Junos OS Evolved supports USB version 2.0 and later.
The following buons are located on the Roung Engine:
• RESET buon—When pressed, reboots the Roung Engine as follows:
• Short press reboots the Roung Engine.
• When pressed for more than 10 seconds, the Roung Engine reboots with an opon for BIOS
recovery.
• Online/Oine buon—When the Roung Engine is oine and if the buon is pressed (short press),
the Roung Engine starts boong. When the Roung Engine is online and if the buon is pressed for
four seconds or more (long press), the Roung Engine shuts down.
Roung Engine LEDs
The LEDs labeled STS, ALM, ACT, PWR are located on the faceplate of the Roung Engine.
