b. Ping the default
gateway. Use the
ipconfig /all
command to get
the default
gateway
informaon.
If the ping fails,
contact your
network
administrator to
check for issues on
the wired side.
If the ping
succeeds but the
AP sll fails to
connect, contact
Juniper Mist
support.
