A critical alarm is present on the HA. One or more cluster
members are missing or unreachable; or active when
secondary-path is engaged.
On steadilyRed
HA is disabled—Services gateway is not configured for clustering
or HA is disabled by secondary path.

The SFB and all installed CFM cards are operating normally.
The SERVICE LEDs on all installed CFM cards are green.
