Zeroize completes.
A Key Beep C (3 beeps) sounds from the transceiver, and “Key Erased”
appears on the display for 2 sec.
Then, the transceiver restores the Menu Mode display.

Executing Zeroize using the AUX Input port (Mobile only)
The Encryption Key can be deleted by assigning “Zeroize” to an AUX Input port and toggling the status of the port between
High and Low.
All Encryption Keys stored in the SCM are deleted if Low or High level is continuously detected for the time configured in
Zeroize Delay Time.
Note
If Zeroize is executed, keys for the AES-128 bit authentication used in P25
Radio Authentication are also deleted. (Refer
to P25 FUNC P25 Radio Authentication (P25 Trunking System Only).)
If the transceiver is in the following state, the Zeroize process is not executed:
