Internal Timebase Verification
This test verifies the output frequency accuracy of the instrument. All output
frequencies are derived from a single generated frequency.
1 Connect a frequency counter as shown below (the frequency counter input
should be terminated at 50 Ω).
2 Set the instrument to the output described in the table below and measure the
output frequency. Be sure the instrument output is enabled.
3 Compare the measured frequency to the test limits shown in the table.
