Low Frequency Flatness Verification
This procedure checks the AC amplitude flatness at 100 kHz using the reference
measurements recorded in the "Amplitude and Flatness Verification Worksheet".
These measurements also establish an error value used to set the power meter
reference. The transfer measurements are made at a frequency of 100 kHz using
both the DMM and the power meter.
1 Set the DMM to measure ac Volts. Connect the DMM as shown in the figure on
page 69.
2 Set the instrument to each output described in the table below and measure
the output voltage with the DMM. Press to set the output impedance to
High-Z. Be sure the output is enabled.
3 Compare the measured voltage to the test limits shown in the table.
4 You have now recorded all the required measurements on the worksheet (page
67). Complete the worksheet by making all the indicated calculations.
