Troubleshooting Harmonic Spurious by Fundamental Frequency
Harmonic spurious problems will most likely be associated with the A16
(Frequency Multiplier), A17 (Agile Mod/Filter), A18 (Low Band Output Module),
or A19 (40 GHz Doubler) if Option 540 is installed.
The harmonics levels listed in Table 1-6 can be measured to isolate and verify
the faulty assembly.
Front panel power setting is 10 dBm, the frequency is dependent on the test
points. The power at each test point is typically less than front panel power.
Keep the front panel power setting at 10 dBm at all times while making the
measurement.
