Calibration Count
You can determine the number of times that your meter has been calibrated.
Since the value increments by one for each calibration point, a complete
calibration increases the value by several counts.
The calibration count is stored in non-volatile memory, and does not change
when power has been off or after a remote interface reset. Your meter was
calibrated before it left the factory. When you receive your meter, read the
count to determine its initial value.
The calibration count increments up to a maximum of 32,767 after which it
wraps-around to 0.
Front-Panel operation: read the calibration count under the 3: CAL COUNT
command in the CALibrate menu.
Remote operation: use the following command:
CALibration:COUNt?
