This command disables or enables autoranging for the function. Autorange
thresholds: Down range at <10% of range; Up range at >120% of range. [volatile
memory]

This command queries the autorange setting for the specified function.
Returns “0” (OFF) or “1” (ON).

This command sets the resolution for the specified function. Specify the resolution
in the same units as the measurement function, not in number of digits. MIN
selects the smallest value accepted, which gives the most resolution. MAX selects
the largest value accepted which gives the least resolution. [volatile memory]
