Features of your vehicle Warning and indicator lights
* For more details, refer to "Tyre
Pressure Monitoring System
(TPMS) (if equipped)" on page 6-
10.
Low tyre pressure
䳜 Significantly low tyre pressure
makes the vehicle unstable and
can contribute to loss of vehicle
control and increased braking dis
-
tances.
䳜 Continued driving or low pressure
tyres will cause the tyres to over
-
heat and fail.
Safe Stopping
䳜 The TPMS cannot alert you to
severe and sudden tyre damage
caused by external factors.
䳜 If you notice any vehicle instabil
-
ity, immediately take your foot
off the accelerator pedal, apply
the brakes gradually with light
force, and slowly move to a safe
position off the road.

* For more details, refer to "Fuel fil

ter (diesel)" on page 7-49.
Fuel Filter Warning Light
䳜 When the Fuel Filter Warning
Light illuminates, engine power
(vehicle speed & idle speed) may
decrease.
䳜 If you keep driving with the warn
-
ing light on, engine parts (injector,
common rail, high pressure fuel
pump) may be damaged. If this
occurs, have the vehicle inspected
by a professional workshop as
soon as possible. Kia recommends
to visit an authorised Kia dealer/
service partner.
