When Surround View Monitor is not
working properly, or the screen
flickers, or the camera image does
not display normally, we recom

mend that the system be inspected
by an authorised Kia dealer/service
partner.
Limitations
When the vehicle is stopped for a
long time in winter or when the
vehicle is parked in an indoor parking
lot, the exhaust fumes may tempo

rarily blur the image.

Reverse Parking Distance Warning
will warn the driver if an obstacle is
detected when the vehicle is moving
backward at low speeds.

operation of the system can be
affected by several factors

rear views before and whilst
parking.

detected by the ultrasonic sen
