1. Locate the adjusting knob, a screwdriver slot on the top of the valve.
2. Use a flat screwdriver and turn counter-clockwise to compress the spring, slowing water
flow and increasing temperature. Or; turn clockwise to reduce spring tension, increasing
water flow and decreasing the temperature.
3. Monitor the sight gauge on the side of the reservoir until the adjusted temperature can be
determined. It will take some time for the temperature in the oil reservoir to change.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 if necessary.
