4. Close the high pressure water shutoff valve to intensifier 1 and open the high pressure
water shutoff valve to intensifier 2.
5. Open the two hydraulic shutoff valves, and the high pressure water shutoff valve to
intensifier 2.
6. Disconnect the cables from both proximity switches on intensifier 1. Connect the cables
to the proximity switches on intensifier 2.
7. Ensure all cooling water, water supply and cutting water valves are open.
8. Ensure all hydraulic and high pressure fittings, and the proximity switches are properly
tightened on intensifier 2.
9. Start the machine in low pressure mode and inspect the hydraulic, high pressure fittings,
valves and hoses for leaks.
