8.2.2 Optical Relay Switch Service
Components: Optical Relay Switch
Recommended Tools: Flat screwdriver, 3mm (1/8 inch)
Parts: Optical Relay
Replace Optical Relay Switch
1. Turn off waterjet pump, disconnect and LOCKOUT electric power.
2. Open control panel.
3. Unscrew optical relay switch mounting bolts, remove and replace.
If the motor will not start and a “motor feedback” fault message appears, the
optical relay which controls the motor starter may need replaced.
