Using the Operator
Control Panel
There are a variety of options that can be accessed via the Operator Control
Panel screen. If there is an arrow after the option, you can select that option by
pressing the button on the Operator Control Panel and another screen
will be displayed allowing you to make additional choices.
For more information and procedures for using these options, see the following
sections. Following is a description of the buttons on the Operator Control
Panel.
1 Operator Control Panel screen: displays menu items,
document counters, paper present status, and scanner status
and events.

Select: performs the action that is selected on the menu.

Up: scrolls the menu up one item.

Down: scrolls the menu down one item.

Start/Pause: starts scanning or pauses the scanning job.

Stop: stops the scanner.
7 Go Back/Rescan: when pressed, goes back to the previous
screen.
NOTE: When you are using the Interactive Multifeed Recovery
option, you can press this button to rescan a document.
