6.2.5 Hydraulic connection
Bleeding and adjusting the hydraulic
circuit pressure
If the pressure gauge indicates a pressure of
approximately 75 bar (1088 psi) when the
machine is in parking or working position, no
adjustment is required.
With the machine attached:
- Connect the hydraulic hose to the single acting
valve with float position.
- Lift the machine headstock using the tractor's front
lift linkage.
(a): For machines up to serial number B0482.
(b): For machines with serial number as from
B0483.
- Open the hydraulic valve using the 18 box spanner
supplied with the machine: Position (1).
- Raise and lower the mowing unit using the
machine lift cylinders.
- Repeat the procedure minimum 2 more times:
• The pressure gauge needle moves.
- When the pressure reaches 75 bar (1088 psi) on
the pressure gauge with the machine in parking or
working position, close the valve: Position (2).
Position (1):
• Suspension hydraulic circuit open.
• Lift linkage hydraulic circuit closed.
Position (2):
• Suspension hydraulic circuit closed.
• Lift linkage hydraulic circuit open.
