Pressure adjustment
(a): For machines up to serial number B0482.
(b): For machines with serial number as from
B0483.
Increasing pressure in hydro-pneumatic
accumulators to reduce the mowing unit ground
pressure:
- Place the machine in working position.
- Open the hydraulic valve using the 18 box spanner
supplied with the machine: Position (1).
- Lift mowing unit using machine lift cylinders.
- Check the pressure increase indication on the
gauge.
- When the required pressure is reached, close the
valve: Position (2).
Reducing pressure in hydro-pneumatic
accumulators to increase the mowing unit
ground pressure:
- Place the machine in working position.
- Shift the mowing unit lift cylinder directional control
valve in float position.
- Open the valve using 18 box spanner supplied with
the machine: Position (1).
- Check the pressure decrease indication on the
gauge.
- When the required pressure is reached, close the
valve: Position (2).
Position (1):
• Suspension hydraulic circuit open.
• Lift linkage hydraulic circuit closed.
Position (2):
• Suspension hydraulic circuit closed.
• Lift linkage hydraulic circuit open.

The valve must never be in "suspension
hydraulic circuit open" position, except for
pressure adjustments.
