Mower conditioner
- Place wedge (1) between upright (2) and roller (3).
- Rotate upper roller to balance the play on each
side of the lower roller.
- Place wedge (1) between upright (2) and roller (4).
- Fit new chain on sprockets (1) and (2).
- Check chain tension between sprocket (1) and
sprocket (2).
If the chain is not tensioned :
- Remove sprocket (2) and turn spline by spline (b)
until proper tension is obtained.
- Reinstall sprocket (2) with its washer and screw:
Torque: 8.5 daN m (63 lbf ft).
- Reinstall quick release link (3).
