Securing elements
Check the securing elements:
- After hitting an obstacle.
- When replacing knives.
- At the start of each season.
The fixing bolts should be changed in the following
cases (2):
- When there is visible distortion.
- When the locking compound is worn or
inoperational.
- When the bolt head wear reaches the center line
of the bolt.
- When diameter D of the bolt shoulder is less than
11 mm (0.43’’).

Slightly hit all ground residues between the
knife and the screw with a mallet to remove
them.
