U089 Outputting a PG pattern
Description
Selects and outputs the PG pattern created in the copier.
Purpose
When performing respective image printing adjustments, used to check the
machine status apart from that of the scanner with a non-scanned output
PG pattern.
Method
1 Press the print key. The screen for selecting an item is displayed.
2 Select the PG pattern to be output.
Display
GRAYSCALE To check the laser scanner unit
engine output characteristics.
MONO-LEVEL To check the drum quality.
256-LEVEL To check resolution
reproducibility in printing.
1 DOT-LINE To check fine line reproducibility.
To adjust the position of the laser
scanner unit (lateral squareness)
