U258 Switching copy operation at toner empty detection
Description
Selects if continuous copying is enabled after toner empty is detected, and
sets the number of copies that can be made after the detection.
Method
Press the print key. The current setting is displayed.
Setting
1 Select single or continuous copying. The selected item is displayed in
reverse.
Initial setting: SINGLE MODE
2 Set the number of copies that can be made using the Up/Down keys.
The setting can be changed by 5 copies per step.
When set to 0, the number of copies is not limited regardless of the
setting for single or continuous copying.
3 Press the print key. The setting is set , and the screen for entering a
maintenance item No. is displayed.
Completion
To exit this maintenance item without changing the current setting, press
the stop/clear key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item is
displayed.
