U903 Checking/clearing the paper jam counts
Description
Displays or clears the jam counts by jam locations.
Purpose
To check the paper jam status. Also to clear the jam counts after replacing
consumable parts.
Method
1 Press the print key. The jam count is displayed by jam codes.
2 Change the screen using the Up/Down keys.
Clearing
1 Press ALL on the touch panel. Jam counts cannot be cleared
individually.
2 Press the print key. The count is cleared, and the screen for entering a
maintenance item No. is displayed.
Completion
To exit this maintenance item without changing the current setting, press
the stop/clear key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item is
displayed.
