8. To select an Ingredient to be displayed or programmed, press the Ingr. key or Ingr.
and e. To select the Names backwards, press the Block and Ingr. keys. The Name
and the programmed weight with a 0.01 kg/lb resolution will appear alternately
on the display. If no name has been assigned to the Ingredient, the [
ING
x
]
message will appear on the display, where x indicates the progressive number of the
Ingredient selected.
9. To program the Ingredient Name (max. 6 alphanumeric characters), press the 2FN
key for 2 seconds and use the Alphanumeric Writing. If the Name is being used in
another Recipe, instead of entering the Name using the alphanumeric keys, inside
the Alphanumeric Writing it is possible to select the Name from the Ingredient/
Unload Name Archive, pressing the q z (e) keys. After selecting the Name, press
the OK key to confirm.
r Important: when a new Name is created, the Name is automatically memorized in
the Ingredient/Unload Name Archive. r
10. To program the weight value, use the q z (e) keys or the Alphanumeric Writing (2FN).
r Important: if the 2FN key is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the equipment will
automatically select the procedure Ingredient/Unload Name Programming
(see par. 9). r
r Important: if the current Recipe is a Daily Recipe, the weights must be
programmed by the total value of the daily ration (morning and afternoon). r
11. If the user wishes to program an Ingredient as a Manual Addition, select the
Ingredient and press the OK key for 4 seconds. The g will appear next to the
symbol and the [
HAND. AD.
] will appear. Release the key when the Name and
the programmed weight appear alternately on the display. To delete the Manual
Addition from the Ingredient, repeat the same procedure.
12. To select another Ingredient, repeat the procedure from point 8.
13. To select an Unload to be programmed, select the next to last programmed
Ingredient by pressing the Ingr. key Ingr. and e or Block and Ingr.. To assign the
Unload Parameter press the OK key for 2 seconds. The [
UNLOAD
] message will
appear on the display, the LOAD symbol will turn off and the UNLOAD symbol will
light up. To change the Parameter from Unload to Load, repeat the same procedure.
