3.2.1 - RECIPES BY TOTALS IN LOAD AND UNLOAD
1. When switching on the equipment automatically enters the Recipe Programming
Activity. The PROG. symbol lights up on the display and the [ recipe name ] message
appears.
If no name has been assigned to the Recipe, the [
REC
x
], message will appear,
where x indicates the progressive number of the Recipe selected.
2. To select the Recipe to be programmed or executed, press the Recipe key, Recipe
and e or the q z (e) keys.
3. To modify the Recipe Name (max. 6 alphanumeric characters) use the Alphanumeric
Writing (2FN).
4. To set a Recipe to the Daily mode, select the Recipe and press the OK key for 2
seconds. Release the key when g appears on the display next to the symbol .
The g will appear on the display next to the symbol each time the Daily Recipe
is displayed.
r Important: to set a Recipe to the Daily mode, the Daily Recipe Function (see
chapter 4.13.9) must be enabled; the maximum programmable number of
Ingredients/Unloads in the Daily Recipe is half the number programmed in the
Standard Recipes. r
5. To copy a Recipe into another position of the Archive, select the Recipe and press
the OK key for 4 seconds. Release the key when, after the [
COPY
] message
appears, the display goes back to the [ recipe name ]. The display shows the E
symbol to indicate that the Recipe Copy Function has been selected. Select the
Recipe in which the data is to be copied by pressing the q z (e) keys. Confirm
by pressing the OK key for 2 seconds. The [
INSER.
] message will appear on the
display. To exit from the Function without copying the Recipe, press the Clear key for
2 seconds.
6. To delete the data memorized in the Recipe (Name, Name and weight of the
Ingredients/Unloads, parameters) press the Clear key for 4 seconds.
The [
DELETE
] message and the Recipe Name will appear alternately on the display.
7. To select an Ingredient/Unload to be displayed or programmed, press the Ingr. key
or Ingr. and e. To select the Names of Ingredients/Unloads backwards, press the
Block and Ingr. keys. The Name and the programmed weight will appear alternately
on the display. If no name has been assigned to the Ingredient/Unload, the [
ING
x
],
message will appear on the display, where x indicates the progressive number of the
Ingredient/Unload selected.
