8. To program the Name of the Ingredient/Unload (max. 6 alphanumeric characters)
press the 2FN key for 2 seconds and use the Alphanumeric Writing. If the Name is
being used in another Recipe, instead of entering the Name using the alphanumeric
keys, inside the Alphanumeric Writing it is possible to select the Name from the
Ingredient/Unload Name Archive, pressing the q z (e) keys. After selecting the
Name, press the OK key to confirm.
r Important: when a new Name is created, the Name is automatically memorized in
the Ingredient/Unload Name Archive. r
9. To program the weight value, use the q z (e) keys or the Alphanumeric Writing
(2FN). The weight must always be programmed with a positive value both for load
and unload.
r Important: if the 2FN key is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the equipment will
automatically select the procedure Ingredient/Unload Name Programming
(see par. 9). r
r Important: if the current Recipe is a Daily Recipe, the weights must be
programmed by the total value of the daily ration (morning and afternoon). r
10. If the user wishes to program an Ingredient as a Manual Addition, select the
Ingredient and press the OK key for 4 seconds. The g will appear next to the
symbol and the message [
HAND. AD.
] will appear. Release the key when the
Name and the programmed weight appear alternately on the display. To delete the
Manual Addition from the Ingredient, repeat the same procedure.
11. If the user wishes to modify the type of Skip to the Next Ingredient/Unload compared
to the one automatically set with the relative Function (see chapter 4.13.1), select
the Ingredient/Unload that you wish to change and press the Block key for 2
seconds. The change is accompanied by the switching on (Manual skip) or switching
off (Automatic skip) of the m symbol on the display.
12. If the Feed Refusal Adjustment Function is enabled (see chapter 4.13.8), it is
necessary to set the Load Parameter or the Unload Parameter for each Ingredient,
to distinguish the values to be loaded from those to be unloaded. To set or modify
the Parameter, select the Ingredient/Unload to be modified and press the OK key
for 2 seconds. If the Load Parameter is assigned (Ingredients) the LOAD symbol will
appear on the display, if the Unload Parameter (Unloads) the UNLOAD symbol will
appear on the display.
t Warning: to use the Feed Refusal Adjustment Function, it is necessary to program
all the Ingredients in the Recipe before and then all the Unloads. y
13. To select another Ingredient/Unload, repeat the procedure from point 7.
