4.9 - WEIGHT BLOCK
During weighing operations, this function allows the weight value that
appears on the display to be blocked. This Function is highly useful when
it is necessary to move the mixer wagon during loading or unloading
operations, as this movement may cause errors in weight detection.
Furthermore, this Function prevents, in the Recipe Execution Activity, the
Ingredient/Unload from reaching the programmed value and consequently
from skipping to the next Ingredient/Unload.
• Recipe Execution Activity.
• Manual Weighing Activity.
• Weighing with Threshold Activity.
1. With the mixer wagon immobile and before moving it, press the Block
key. The [
HOLD WEIGHT
] message will appear on the display.
2. Move the mixer wagon to the desired area.
3. After stopping the mixer wagon wait 10 seconds and press the Block
key. The display shows the weight displayed before the Block key was
pressed. The equipment is ready to continue the previously interrupted
weighing operations.
• The Weight Block Function cannot be performed in the Recipe Execution
Activity, the Weighing with Threshold Activity, during the Queue Time
phase and in the Manual Weighing Activity when the Total Weight is
displayed.
