The Wireless Data Kit comprises:
1 Label Wireless Linker card, to be installed inside the equipment.
1 Label USB Wireless Linker device, to be connected to the PC, for wireless
data exchange with the Feed Navigator.
1 Farm Manager 4 CD, the state-of-the-art software perfectly integrated with
the Feed Navigator for better and complete farm management.
5.4 - WEIGHT REPEATERS
All operations usually performed with the Feed Navigator can be controlled from a
remote position, such as a tractor cab, thanks to Weight Repeaters. It is possible to
connect up to 3 Weight Repeaters equipped with a display and keys identical to those
present on the equipment.
There are two different types of connection:
• Wire Weight Repeaters (Twin Feed Navigator mod.)
These repeaters are connected to the Feed Navigator by a cable (max. length 30 m).
They work only when the equipment is provided with the optional RTD Output.
• Wireless Weight Repeaters (Wireless Twin Feed Navigator mod.)
These repeaters can be easily removed and installed in different positions. They work
only when the equipment is provided with the optional Label Wireless Linker card.
The maximum distance between the Weight Repeaters and the equipment is 100
metres. The distance is influenced by various environmental conditions, such as
the proximity to a radio device, the presence of metal structures or objects located
between the wireless devices.
If the Radio Control is installed in the Feed Navigator, the Label Wireless Linker
card cannot be installed.
5.5 - RADIO CONTROL (RX4)
The Feed Navigator can be controlled by a 4-channel Radio Control, allowing the 4 most
used keys of the equipment ( z, Prog./Start, Man./Zero, q) to be remotely controlled.
The device is programmed by default and can be reprogrammed according to different
requirements by associating the radio control keys to any other keyboard key (except for
the On/Off key) or to the Special Functions in relation to the option set into Setting the
Inputs Preference (cod.82). If the Label Wireless Linker card is installed in the Feed
Navigator, the Radio Control cannot be installed.
