4.2 - MODIFY TOTAL RECIPE WEIGHT
This Function, in the Recipe by Totals, allows the Total Recipe Weight to be
increased or decreased, thereby obtaining a variation in proportion to the
programmed weight of the single Ingredients.
• Recipe Programming.
1. Press the Net/Total key and keep it pressed. The [
TOTAL
] message
and the Total Recipe Weight will appear on the display.
If the Feed Refusal Adjustment Function is enabled (see chapter 4.13.8)
the [
TOTAL LOAD
] message and the Total Ingredient Weight will appear
on the display.
2. Program the new Total Recipe Weight (max. 60,000 kg/ 120,000 lbs),
pressing the q z (e) keys and keeping the Net/Total key pressed. To
program the value with the Alphanumeric Writing, press the 2FN key and
release the Net/Total key.
3. The [
WAIT
] message will appear on the display. The equipment is
ready to resume the previously interrupted operations. All the values
programmed in the Ingredients will be modified in proportion to the
variation made. If the Feed Refusal Adjustment Function is enabled, the
Unloads will also be modified in proportion to the variation made.
• This Function is not available if the Reciping Mode Preference (code 65)
is set as percentage.
