4.4 - AUTOMATIC MIXING
This Function allows a timer to be programmed that can be used, during
the execution of a Recipe, to check the mixing time of the Ingredients
loaded in the mixer wagon.
During weighing, the operation is interrupted in the preset position and
resumes at the end of the count-down of the programmed time. The
activation of the timer is signalled on the display with the lighting up of
the d symbol. If the [
MIXING
] code is programmed in the Recipe, the
execution time will correspond to the value of the programmed time.
If however the [
MIXADJ
] code is programmed, the execution time will
be corrected in relation to the speed of the augers as identified by the
Proximity Speed.
Recipe Execution Activity.
1. In the Recipe Programming Activity, from the display select the
Ingredient/Unload that precedes the beginning of the Automatic Mixing
by pressing the Ingr., Ingr. and e or Block and Ingr. keys.
2. Program the [
MIXING

MIXADJ
] Name by using the Alphanumeric
Writing (2FN). To simplify the operation, inside the Alphanumeric Writing

pressing the q z (e) keys. After selecting the desired Name, press the
OK key to confirm.
3. Program the desired minutes (max. 120) by pressing the q z (e) keys.
It is possible to program more than one Automatic Mixing in the same
Recipe.
If the equipment is supplied with the Power Outputs and if the Power
Output Preference (code 52) is set to Mixing, during the count-down the
outputs Out 1, Out 2 and Out 3 will activate/deactivate depending on the
times set in the Mixing Parameters Preference (code 67).
