3.8 LT-com - Defining Measurements
The following chapter describes some examples to illustrate the definition of
different measurements.
3.8.1 Defining Endpoint Measurements
The following example describes an Absorbance Endpoint Measurement in all
wells of a 96-well microplate.
1. Select a 96-well microplate from the Plate definition drop-down list.
2. By default, all wells of the 96-well microplate are chosen for
measurement.
3. Enter the desired measurement and reference wavelengths.
