3.8.2 Defining Multilabel Measurements
The following example describes an Absorbance Multilabel Measurement in a
defined range of a 96-well microplate (A1:E7). Three absorbance labels shall be
measured.
1. Select a 96-well microplate from the Plate definition drop-down list.
2. By default, all wells of the 96-well microplate are chosen for
measurement.
Click to expand the Part of Plate element. Thereafter, select the
desired plate range (A1:E7).
3. Enter the desired measurement wavelength.
4. Insert 2 more Absorbance elements and enter the measurement
wavelengths.
