The number entered in this field will
be divided by 32. For example, a
value of 1 will result in a time his-
tory sample period of 1/32 seconds
(32 times per second). A value of 32
will yield a 1 second sample period.
Step 20 Press c to enter the “T.H. Period” menu.
Step 21 For this exercise, let’s enter 32 to establish a 1
second period. Use u and d increment
through “T.H. Period” values. l and r
toggles between the three numeric fields.
Enter 32. Then press c.
Here you can choose between
“Level” or “Passby” as a means of
triggering the exceedance data cap-
ture. Passby incorporates the 10 dB
down-points in the exceedance
acquisition. (see user manual for
details on Passby).
Step 22 Press u and d to highlight “Excd Trig-
ger”.
Step 23 Press c to enter the Excd Trigger menu.
