Commissioning procedure

A name for a file to be imported can be entered direcly or...

..selected from a disk by using the button “Open”.

After the selection of a file, a number of information about the data read in is indicated in the middle left screen area.
Indicated are the value pairs (pointsI and

the minimum values in X and Ydirection

as well as the maximum values in X and Ydirection.

Select the target profile for the imported data in the upper screen area.

The data are transferred to the controller.

After data transmission, they must be accepted from the active data range of the controller (button “Accept data”). For this,
connect the signal CDATA-LOAD (C1322/7) temporarily to FIXED1; reset to FIXED0 afterwards.

The converted data can be stored on a data carrier by pressing the button “Speichern”

The button “Display profile” leads to the corresponding program dialog.

The button “Check profile” starts the calculation of the profile characteristic and checks whether the required conditions are met.
