Dismount the function module only if it is absolutely necessary (e.g. when the
controller is replaced).
The pin strip which is used to connect the function module is part of the contact
system of the controller. It has not been designed for repeated connection and
disconnection of the function module.

Disconnect the controller from the mains and wait for at least 3 minutes!
Unplug the function module 0 or 1 from the interface.
