11.3 Drive performance in case of errors
The controller reacts differently to the three possible error types: TRIP, message
and warning:
TRIP (keypad display: a)
l Switches the power outputs U, V, W to a high resistance until TRIP is reset
l Entry into the history buffer as ”current error” under C0161.
l The drive coasts to standstill without being controlled!
l After TRIP reset (¶ 11.5-1) :
– The drive accelerates to its setpoint along a set ramp.
– The error is entered into C0162 as ”last error” and deleted from C0161.
Signal (keypad display: c)
l Applies high resistance to the power outputs U, V, W.
l Signals are not entered into the history buffer.
l The drive coasts without being controlled as long as the signal is active!
l After the signal has been deactivated, the drive automatically restarts.
”Heatsink overtemperature” (keypad: OH e)
l The drive continues controlled operation!
l The warning message comes off as soon as the error has been eliminated.
”Error in motor phase” (keypad: LP1)
”PTC monitoring” (keypad: OH51)
l The drive continues controlled operation!
l Entry into the history buffer as ”current error” under C0161.
l After TRIP reset the error is entered into C0162 as ”last error” and deleted
from C0161.
