5. Measure tip clearance between rotors and
pump housing.
Limit ：0.2mm
6. Inspect oil pump inner and outer rotors
for abnormal wear. If so, replace the oil
pump assembly.
7. Fasten oil pump with screws after
assembling.
Install oil pump in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
Be sure to point the arrow on the oil pump to the
direction of crankshaft in installation and infuse
some oil into the pump beforehand.
3.5 CARBURETION
1. Remove auto choke lead coupler.
