4. Starter coil resistance
Remove the A.C. magneto coupler from
wire harness
Connect the pocket tester (ΩX1) to
the stator coil
Tester (+) lead –yellow terminal
Tester (-) lead –yellow terminal
Measure the stator coil resistance
Stator coil resistance 0.5-0.8Ω（20℃）
OUT OF SPECITICATION
Replace the stator coil
MEETS SPECIFICATION
5.Wiring connection
check the entire charging system for
connections
Refer to “CIRCUIT DIAGRAM”
POOR CONNECTION

Replace the rectifier/regulator
