Matters needing attention when
using the crushing hammer
1. Prohibited work posture
If the crushing operation is carried out under the
condition o f lifting more than 5cm in f ront of t he
machine, when the rock is broken, the machine
will suddenly fal l forward, so that the main body
of the crushing hammer or the t o p of the bracket
will violently collide with the rock, which may
lead to its damage. In addition, as the vibration
generated in the crushing operation will spread to
the track part, therefore, in order to protect the
track, please do not use this crushing method.
2. Do n ot use crushing hammer to move rocks, etc.
As shown in th e picture, please never use the
hydraulic pressure of the moving arm and bucket
bar of the machine to move or push over the rock
by the top of the hammer bar or the side of the
bracket. Otherwise, it may lead to broken bolt,
bracket damage, broken or stuck hammer, bucket
bar or moving arm damage.
3. Crowbar crushing operation is prohibited
If the way to break the rock by using the hammer
lever, it will lead to bolt, hammer and other
damage.
4. Crushing operations in water or mud are
prohibited
Do not put the part beyond the hammer bar in
water or mud for crushing. Otherwise it will ca use
premature failure of the cru shing hammer due to
the piston rust.
5. Prohibit the falling of crushing h ammer to break
rocks, etc.
If excessive force is applied to the crushing
hammer or the machine, it may damage various
parts of the crushing hammer or the machine.
