Remove air
After the maintenance of the hydraulic system, follow the following steps t
o
exhaust the engine at low speed:
1. Extend 100mm ahead of the cylinder travel terminal and shrink th
e
hydraulic cylinder for 4 to 5 times.
2. Extend and shrink the cylinder 3 to 4 times at the cylinder travel terminal.
3. If necessary, add the recommended hydraulic oil to the standard oil level.
Note:
During transportation, be sure to lock the machine t
o
prevent rotation. Otherwise, the rotating body will rotat
e
in the transportation process and may cause
p
ersona
l
accidents.
Note:
Follow the steps below to remove hydrauli
c
equipment.
1) Reduce the engine speed to make th
e
bucket contact the ground.
2) Stop the engine and move the operatin
g
handle in all directions.
3) Please wait for more than 10 minutes t
o
release the residual pressure of th
e
hydraulic pipe.
Loose piping, residual pressure wil
l
make work oil gushing, there is a risk o

urns.
