2. grease injection of telescopic part of crawler frame (wheelbase telescopic type)
Push th e wheel base forward with the
handle to maximize the extension of the
wheel base.
Remove the dirt from the expansion part
and apply grease evenly around the square
pipe. (Front, back, left, right)
Retracting the wheel base, making the
wheel base change repeatedly between the
maximum extension and maximum
retraction, so that th e grease can be fully
applied to the whole retracting part .
When carrying out t h e above operations,
please use the working device and the
shovel to make the track in the suspended
state before carrying out.
3. Check and replenish cooling water
Note:
* If the radiator c over is opened in the process of
operation or just after the operation stops,
sometimes steam or hot water will erupt and burn.
Therefore, please open the radiator cover after the
radiator cools down.
Please e check the cooli n g water through the sub-tank while the engine is cooling. It is n ormal if the water
level is b etwee n "FULL" and "LOW" of the sub-tank. When cooling water is insufficient, replenish
cooling water t o the sub-tank.
When filling cooling water, please do not allow the water level to exceed th e "FULL" (maximum water
level) of t he sub-tank.
Never replenish mud or seawater.
Normally, do not open th e radiator cover.
Long-acting coolant has been injected into the cooling water when leaving the factory (mixing ratio:
Antifreeze 50% water 50%).
