Note when charging battery
Appearance inspection of battery before replenishment:
1. Battery shell broken or acid leakage of the battery can not replenish electricity, find out the cause of
replacement of the battery.
2. The battery with broken end column cannot be replenished. Replace the battery after finding out the reason.
3. Electric eye white battery do not add electricity, replace the ba tte ry.
4. Because of overdi scharge or overcharge caused by gas bulging ba ttery can not add electricity, should
replace the battery.
5. Clean the end column and remove the oxide skin on the surface before power supply. Add electricity to
butter the pole column to prevent t he occurrence of electric co rrosion.
Precautions during charging:
1. Please make sure to turn the starting key to the "STOP" position and remove the battery from the car body
before charging.
2. Please avoid rapid c harging if possible. Otherwise, the service life of the battery will be shortened.
3. Rapid charging method is a large current charging method, which is used to compensate the amount of
battery discharge in a short time. Therefore, it can o nly be charged in an emergency.
4. Do not mistake the (+) and (-) poles when connecting the wire to the b atte ry. If wrong, it can lead to battery
and electrical system failure.
5. When removing the wire from the battery, remove it from (-) pole sid e, and install it from (+) pole side. If
done the wrong way, it will cause a short circuit when the tool touches t he battery.
6. When charging, connect the (+) of the battery to the (+) of the charger, and the (-) of the battery to the (-) of
the charger, and charge according to the ordinary charging method.
7. Do not smoke when charging, and avoid th e introduction of fire.
8. When using t he batte ry in an occasion other than checking and measuring the specific gravity of the b att ery,
the cable connected to the battery should be removed.
9. Wear safety glasses.
Notes for charging when the battery is loaded (as a last resort)
The correct way is to remove the b attery from the body before recharging.
1. Since the abnormal voltage applied to the alternator will cause its damage, the starting key should be
inserted and turned to the "STOP" position, and the (-) extreme sub-wiring of the battery should be removed
before charging.
2. During charging, remove all liquid plugs to release the generated gas.
3. Battery overheating (liquid temperature exceeds 45 ℃), should stop charging.
4. Stop charging immediately after the end of charging. If unnecessary charging continues, it will result in: A
battery overheating A battery solution to reduce the poor condition of A ba ttery
5. Connect the battery, please do not answer the reverse polarity (will be very great and (-) (+), (-) and (+) pole
together). Otherwise, the alternator will be damaged.
