Disassembly method of battery
1. Please STOP the engine and p lace the starting key in the "STOP" position.
2. Please remove the (-) pole wire of the battery.
3. Please remove the (+) electrode wire of the battery.
4. Please remove the battery holder cover on the left side.
5. Please remove the nut of the battery bolt and then remove the fixing fixture.
6. Please remove the battery.
IMPORTANT
In addition to electrical component damage, sometimes also damage wiring and so on. Also, avoid quick
charging if possible. Otherwise , the service life of the battery will be shortened.
Do not mistake the (+) and (-) poles when connecting the wire to the battery. If wrong, it can lead to
battery and electrical system failure.
Battery inspection and use Please STOP the engine and the starting key is at "STOP" (STOP)
State check, use battery.
Remove the b atte ry wire may cause short circuit, so be sure to remove the negative wire first. In
addition, please connect the positive electrode wire first when assembling.
The battery produces flammable hydrogen gas, which can explode when it gets close to the
source of the fire. Therefore, never let it near the source of fire .
Never place tools or other metal objects or combustible materials on or around the battery.
Otherwise, the formation of a short circuit may cause a fire explosion, ca using a fire.
Battery solution (dilute su lfuric acid) can cause blindness or burns. If battery sol ution sticks to
skin or clothes, rinse immediately with plenty of wate r. In addition, if the battery solution
splashed in the eye, after washing with a lot of wa ter, should al so be treated by a doctor.
Be sure to wear glasses to p rotect your eyes when work ing near th e battery
When charging the battery, please be sure to remove the battery from the main engine, charging
in a well-ventilated p lace.
When removing the wire from the battery, remove it from the (-) pole side, a nd install it from the
(+) pole side. If done the wrong way, it will cause a short circuit wh en the wire touches the to ol.
When charging, connect the (+) pole of the battery to the (+) pole of the charger, and connect the
(-) pole of th e battery to the (-) pole of the charger, and charge according t o the ordinary charging
method. Be careful not to misconnect the wires.
Never charge the battery when the (-) pole and (+) pole of the battery wire are connected to the
battery.
Loose terminals can cause spark ge neration or electrical component failure. So be sure to tighten
it.
Be sure to wear glasses to p rotect your eyes when working near the battery.
