9. Battery, wiring, inspection and cleaning around the engine
If the wiring harness an d battery (+) pole wires are damaged,
it will cause a short circuit, so be sure to check
If stolen goods or fuel is a ttached to batteries, wiring and the
muffler o r e ngine, it may c ause a fire, so check every day
before operating.
The sheath of wire harness and battery (+) electrode wire will be damaged due to contact with the c orners o f
various parts and components. Therefore, please check the following items:
The wire harness shall not be damaged and the wire clip shall not be loose.
The connecting parts o f terminals, terminal blocks (sockets) shall not be loose.
All switches must work normally.
Battery WARNING
Warning
Batteries produce flammable gases, so do not let fire or Mars near batteries.
Battery electrolyte is dangerous. If the electrolyte gets into your eyes or gets on your skin, rinse it off
with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
The battery electrolyte solution paint, if the electrolyte sprinkled on the b ody, to immediately rin se wit h
water.
If the electrolyte freezes, do not use a different power supply to charge the battery or start the engine,
this has caused the risk of battery explosion.
When checking and disassembling the battery, please STOP the engine and put th e starting key in the
"STOP" position.
When working near the battery, please be sure to wear glasses to protect your eyes.
As the ambient temperature drops, so does the battery's capacity. If the battery charge rate is low, the
battery electrolyte will freeze. To keep the ba ttery charge as close as possible to 100%, and make the battery
isolated from low temperature, so that the next morning can easily start the machine.
Because battery capacity is reduced apparently at low temperature, wrap the battery or remove it to place
in warm places. On the next mornin g, install it on the machine again.
Use density meter correctly
Charged state de nsitometer (1) attached to the battery cover, can in tuitively understand the battery
charging situation.
Green: Over 65% charge, the battery is normal.
Black: It's under 65% charge and needs to be
recharged.
Bright color: The battery is dead and needs to be
replaced.
Note:
