7. Inspection and cleaning of water and sediment in oil-water separator
The water and dirt in the fuel oil will precipitate in the
oil-water separator. When water and dirt a ccumul a te
too much, please put the handle of oil and water
separator in the "CLOSE" state, then loosen the fixing
ring and remove the o il cup. After removing water and
dirt, clean the inside o f the oil cup with diesel oil. The
fuel system must be vented.
IMPORTANT
Red f loat rises when water ac cumulates in the oil
cup.
When the float reaches the mark line, drain the
water immediately. D. Please be careful not to
bring debris or dust into the assembly. D be sure
to exhaust the fuel system before running.

Inspection and cleaning of radiators and oil coolers
Open the l eft hood and you will see th e water radiator and oil radiator.
Check the heat sin k for blockage. If blocked, purge with compressed air. At this point, be sure to
wear protective glasses.
Please also check the radiator hose. Replace the hose if it cracks o r becomes b rittle. In addition,
please check whether the pipe hoop is loose.
IMPORTANT
The blades o f water radiator and oil radiator are easy to deform. Please be c areful not to deform them
when cleaning. Depending on the degree of d eformation, it can sometimes lead to overheating of
parts and rising oil temperature, which can lead to equipment failure.
