IMPORTANT
Use an oil with the right viscosity
according to the temperature. (Please
refer to "recommended lubricating oils"
section)
The correct amount of oil cannot be
measured because th ere is still oil in all
parts after the engine has just stopped.
Place the body in a horizontal position
and wait at least 5 minutes before
checking.
Please insert oil mark after check.
6. Check and replenish the working oil
Note:
* Remove the refueling port of the working tank
after the oil temperature is completely lowered.
Otherwise, it will cause scald due to the spout of
work oil.
Please ex tend the wheelbase to the maximum stretch (12 80mm).
Put the body in a horizontal place, make the front working device in the middle swing position, make
the bucket bar and bucket in the maximum p ull up p osition, and make th e bucket connecting rod and
shovel contact the ground.
Please check whether the working oil is in the central position of the oil level gauge at the normal
temperature (10℃ ~30℃).
If it is in the middle of the gauge, it is normal.
When the oil is insufficient, please replenish it through the refueling port.
When the working oil is mixed with water and other impurities and must be completely replaced,
please refer to "maintenance every 1000 hours" and "replacement of working oil" in "maintenance".
IMPORTANT
When replenishing the working oil, please clean the surrounding sand or dirt, and be sure to use the
same brand of working oil. Refer to the "recommended lubricating oils" section for the
manufacturer's working oils. (Please n ever mix it with other brands.)
