Maintenance o f every 100 hours
Maintenance of every 50 hours should also be done
at the same time
Replacement of running motor oil (100
hours for the first time, 500 hours after the
second time)
1. Rotate the track to lower the drain bolts of the
running motor.
2. Remove drain b olt to drain o il.
3. After tightening the oil drain bolt, remove the
oil inspection and refueling port plug, and add gear
oil fro m the refueling port.
4. The specified amount o f oil is shown below.
The prescribed amount

About 0.25 L
Inject gear oil until oil flows out of the filling
port, and then tighten the plug.
5. Use SAE 80W-90 gear oil for lubricating oil.

section)
Maintenance of every 200 hours
Maintenance of every 50 or 100 hours of
maintenance should also be done at the same time
Check and adjust fan belt tension
1. Press the center of the [about 9 8N (about
10kgf)] belt with your fingertips. If the bending
degree is about 7mm, it indicates moderate
tension. If the tension is not adequate, loosen
the bolts and move the alternator in the
direction of the arrow to tighten the belt.
2. Check the damage condition of each pulley,
wear condition of v-groove, wear condition of
v-belt, and especially check whether v-belt
touches the bottom of v-groove.
3. Replace the belt if it is elongated, has no
adjustment margin, is sc rat ched or cracked.
IMPORTANT
If the belt continues to operate under low
tension, it will cause th e belt to slip, which will
not only reduce the capacity of the engine, but
also shorten i ts service life. Therefore, please
be sure to check and adjust.
When the fan belt breaks, the battery charging
indicator light will be on. Stop the engine
immediately.
When a d justing the fan belt, b e sure to stop the
engine first. Contact with th e fan belt while the
engine is running may cause arm in jury.
