Clean and check air filter element
Remove the clip, ta ke out the external filter element,
clean the external filter element and the inner side of
the shell, and then install it. Do not remove the
internal filter element.
Cleaning method
Purge th e outer part of the filter element with
dry compressed air [0.49mpa (5kgf/cm2)
below], and roughly sweep the attached dust.
Then blow out from the inside to the outside to
remove all the dust.
Grease injection of ball parts of rotary
bearings
1. Add grease from grease gun nozzle marked with
arrow. (Central grease gun nozzle)
2. Please turn it once every 90 degrees and add
grease in 4 times.
Inspection of radiator hoses and hoops
Tighten the radiator hose every 200 hours or
every 6 months.
1. Tighten the clamp when it is loose o r leaking.
2. When radiator hose expands, hardens, or cracks,
replace hose and tighten hose hoop.
Since dust can be scattered by sweeping with
compressed air, be sure to wear p rotective
glasses.
Especially in sand and dust and other places to
carry out operations, please sweep as soon as
possible, inspection.
