After repl acing the filter element, please
exhaust the air. (Please refer to "exhaust of fuel
system" sec tion)
Oil filter element replacement (50 hours for
the first time, 250 hours after the second
time)
1. Please proceed with the oil change. Please consult
the dealer or the repair factory designated by our
company.
2. Remove the filter element with a special wrench
for the filter.
3. Apply a thin la yer of oil to the o ring of the new
filter element, then tighten firmly by hand (without a
filter wrench).
4. Refill engine oil to specified amount.
Frequency shall be changed according to the
following table.
5. Run for approximately 5 minutes and turn off the
engine after confirming that the oil light is not acting
abnormally.
6. Please confirm the oil le vel with the o il mark
again, and make up if the oil is insufficient.
Replacement of working oil return oil filter
(250 hours for the first time, 500 hours after
the second time)
Please consult the dealer or the repair factory
designated by our company.
IMPORTANT
The replacement time of hydraulic front-end
working device such as crushing hammer is
different from the above. Please replace the
hydraulic fron t-end working device according
to the following table according to the usage
frequency.
The iron scrap on the thread pair must be
cleaned when replacing the oil return filter
element.
