Maintenance o f every 500 hours
Maintenance of every 50, 100, 250 hours should also
be done at the same time
Driving motor oil replacement (the first t ime
for 100 hours, the second time, thereafter
every 500 hours)
For oil changes, plea se refer to "maintenance every
100 hours".
Replacement of the working oil return oil
filter (250 small for the first time the second
time afte r every 500 hours )
Please refer to the section "maintenance every 250
hours" for the replacement method of the wo rking
oil return filter.
Maintenance of every 1000 hours
Maintenance of every 50, 100, 200, 250, 500 hours
should also be done at the same time
Replace the working oil (also replace the
suction filter in the working oil tank)
1. Please extend the wheelbase to the maximum
stretch (1280mm).
2. Put the body in a horizontal place, make the front
working device in the middle position, make the
bucket bar and bucket in the maximum pull up
position, an d make the bucket connecting rod and
bulldozer contact the ground.
3. Remove the drain bolts at the bottom of t he tank
to drain the working oil.
