Maintenance of every 1000 hours or
every year
Air filter element replacement
Remove the clip, take out the external filter
element and the internal filter element, replace them
with new ones and reinstall them.
Maintenance o f every 2000 hours
Please also carry out the maintenance for each 50,
200, 250, 500 and 1000 hours.
Replace the grease of supporting weight
wheel and front idler wheel
Please consult the dealer or the repair factory

Inspection of alternator and starter motor

Maintenance of every year
Check el ectrical wiring and use of fuse
Loose wiring terminals can cause poor contact. If the
wiring is damaged, it will not only damage the
performance of ele ctrical components, but also
sometimes cause short circuit, leakage of electricity
or fire accidents. Therefore, replace or repair
damaged wiring as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT
Even if the replacement fuse will immediately
blow, please d o not replace with metal wire,
and should be in the company's designated
repair factory for inspection, repair.
Since the wiring harness of this machine has
taken waterproofing and ot her factors into full
consideration when wiring, it is not allowed to
be repaired and used without authorization.
Instead, it should be inspected and repaired by
the dealer or the re pair factory designated by
the company.
Because wiring harnesses and battery wires can
cause short circuits, be sure t o check.
If there is stolen goods or fuel around batteries,
wiring and mufflers or engines, it may cause a
fire,sobesuretocheck
